Hi

My husband entered to the UK on fiance visa, we got married in the UK and switched to spouse visa....

thank you. there is also note in observations on the visa "Familiar UE/EEE", wouldn't that mean that "family member" must be present?
I'm so confused now with two conflicting info :(

I think it's a little complicated with airlines. Some allow, some dont, it's not written anywhere on their websites. i have read some cases where the same airlines (easyjet) once let the married...

I have been to Spain before, he never been to Europe before. we are travelling together and it says he doesn't even need a visa if we take our marriage certificate with us. but not sure if airline...

You cannot apply to one visa type and explain in letter and assume they will agree. I can apply to visitor visa and say on my letter that I will work, which is against the visa rules for that visa...
