I would think that local census and baptismal certs would help. I would source them first yourself and then correspond directly to the passport office higher executive officer and await a response. ...

There wouldn’t be a fear in loosing Jobseeker’s Allowance as it is means tested and once the habitual residency rule applies which it would in your case you wouldn’t be effected. Most irl & GB...

I would think that as your applying for the passport thru your grandparent that the application rules of what to provide if relevant only relate to the section under grandparents and not your mum.

I would have thought that if she filled the conditions of being habitually resident well only then would she be liable to any form of taxation as Spain and Ireland have a dual taxation agreement.
