Many thanks for your comments. We have found that the Al Bustan offer a 3 month option but the price of a 1 bed seems very high. Will try the Arizona for comparison. Hopefully given the market...

Can anyone recommend a nice compound in Riyadh that offers furnished accommodation on a short term basis? Looking for somewhere to rent for 1-3 months whilst paperwork is finalised and our furniture...
