Yep that’s the one ...... I called the advice line and they agreed it doesn’t make sense and is wrong .... but they haven’t changed it on the website!

I have just received my fathers RAF records from the MOD so now the application process can proceed , do you think it is possible for
both applications to be requested at the same time ? ....ie both...

and states that immediate next of kin is the first person still alive on a list .... “living...

It’s a shame that when I got my first British passport ( 1982 ) that they failed to establish that I was in fact
British otherwise than descent ( due to fathers crown service )... then It would have...

Thanks for the reply , my bith certificate is a British consular ( not sure if specifically military...) , it states my father as "Government official " . Not sure what his rank was at the time...
