I thought they don’t accept online downloaded statements. Did you use online statements?

Thank you for getting back on this. Sorry I didn’t check earlier. Mortgage letter also has her name since it’s joint mortgage even though he pays the mortgage. I’m just in a fix with this.

Yes we are in the process , House is on the market . The house is jointly owned by my husband and his mother . He pays the mortgage while she had put in the down payment.
