Does one need to do the English Language test for spouse visa extension if they were not required to do any language tests when initially applying for a spouse visa due to having a degree...

thats true actually but then the financial requirement makes it very hard to even apply for your dependent visas through the normal route

I had that 22K for six month saved in one account ESPECIALLY to cover up the shortfall in salary, but my sponsors' employer missed up right in the end when we wanted a smooth...

yes, she is being back paid the amount owed due to a system error.

What would you suggest, we have the option of 62K available shall we just use it to avoid all the trouble of mixing savings...

if one wants to use the 62k saving route for spouse visa does the sponsor need to be in the Uk at all times ? Or can they apply from abroad ? As long as money is in Uk account for over 6...

Then you take your various overtime and bonus payments for the 6 months, add them all up, divide by 6 to get the AVERAGE figure and then x by 12 to get the annual equivalent.

Annual salary on contract 15K + we have 22K saving.

So far during the last 6 months, total salary earned is 8.5K which makes the annual 17k i assume? :confused:

6 months Salary is 8,500 which includes some overtime and bonus, do i just multiply that by 2 to get the estimated annual income or they need the basic salary figure which is shown on contract ?...
