You get the best Malay food (those food they serve during festivals) during Ramaddan (which would end 15/June this year or somewhere), and it should be avaialble at practically every major "halal"...

Dear JJ,
Just to add, the queue on certain "clinics" can be very long. Waiting for 4 to 5 hours is common.
Many are from outstations (out of KL).
