^ yup that is important. They're not forced to hire you, I mean if you can't stay here because of a fail test then they can't get you a work visa like an E pass, you're not even allowed to be here.

im not so sure if its same for expat doctors but local doctors do go through a sort of system. They start out at polyclinics usually (unless youre rich enough to fund a private practice) or as army...

Just keep trying, especially for the not-so-populated areas there are priorities that go to people living in the vicinity (so that people get their kids in closeby schools)... otherwise your kid will...
