Answering my own question in case anyone is interested... so it seems at the moment, there is only a 2 week wait for interview appointments but a 4 week wait for medical appointments.

I waited about 10 days. The NOA1 showed my filing date as the date they charged my card if that's of any help. Hopefully you'll get your approval soon if some of the ones in January have started to...
