Hi maria, we have appeal and also at the same time i emailed the complaints. i got no response from them..its been over 3 weeks..how long did your complaint take? whats was the reason for ur refusal?

Hi greenwell, I got the same refusal as you.


"You do not meet the eligibility financial requirement of paragraphs E-ECP 3.1 to 3.4.
"you have provided payslips for april, may and july 2018...

Appeal or re-apply

Hi all i need your advice..my spouse visa was refused on 27 december 2018.

I applied with 2 jobs and savings. so thats

Category B: 2 employement jobs ( total £17,910)
Category D: cash savings...

yes 6 payslips each..in the 2nd job they claim to only get 3.

We did present all the evidence clearly..provided cover letters statement, but the ECO failed to see it.. how can they claim they got 3 payslips when we got all 6 payslip back, which was inside the...

wrongly refusal..we meet the financial requirement. and we provided 6 month payslip.

people make up fake marriages too..and fake accomodation and i seen they get visa easily without any interview..

our cases is all genuine..

phone interview is a good sign..it means its the final stage of the application..thats what the man told me on the phone..i got asked the same questions, i did get nervous at first so i may answer...

they will try to call ur manager again..my phone interview lasted 18 mins and and my employers phone call lasted 1 hour. i think it was because i got 2 jobs.

at the end of the interview, did u ask...
