Hi,

Regarding Penang Swimming Club, this would be more of a long term option.
It takes two to three months to join and you need to purchase a transferable membership currently costing RM 23-25k...

Penang Golf Club recently quoted me RM 18k for new life membership, or RM 16.5k for second hand one.
