verystormy, as far as i know, if we lose appeal with Ministerial intervention regarding our visa cases, only then we get a 3 year ban for applying a visa, if we apply for Federal circuit court...

I am on student visa but i'll finish my studies soon and will apply for 457 visa , then ill be on Bridging visa A i believe until i get a result for my case?
