NC is a National Certificate and HND is a Higher National Diploma. They were both from a Scottish College.

my fiance is currently in nz doing seasonal work as a tractor driver. He has a workd visa valid until 1st May 2018. He wants to stay in NZ. Can he apply for any job over there or does it...

He has a work visa which expires on 01 May 2018. It says he must leave before this date and can only work for a certain company. Does this mean he can apply for a job that states "must have relevent...

I have an HND from college and work mainly with sheep. He has an NC from college too.

I think he wants to get a full time job somewhere and for the employer to sponsor him for a visa. We're both in our 30's.

No i dont think they are looking for a full time worker only seasonal.

Its a short term visa until may 2018 but his contract is up on 2nd april. Hes a seasonal worker. The visas hes had previously have been the same.

yes we live together in UK. Weve lived together...

Im really confused with the whole visa process. His job isnt on the skills shortage list. So to get a visa to stay would he need a job to get a visa?
