OK..thanks...I have checked the processing times for I-485. 287 days. So, we're well beyond that. Just making sure we haven't been "lost" in the system. We shall just keep waiting!

I might add we are in Orlando, Florida. We have heard rumblings that Florida field offices are incredibly behind, with Puerto Rico refugees flooding in and other factors.

Oh and with regard to his earnings and the I-864...I'm not worried there. He's the one with the money. He does quite well. I'm the one struggling.

The attorney did not make any mention of an out-of-hand approval without an interview. He specifically brought up the interview, so its coming. And according to the site for the field office case...

Ha! Indeed. Our immigration attorney just called. His advice to me was rather than file to revoke the sponsorship and wrestle with my emotions on guilt, I can simply just not attend the interview....
