Process for registering the loss of olive trees

Morning,
We have been told that we should register the loss of our olive trees and various fruit trees. The olives are shown in the deeds. Does anyone know if this is correct how this is done?

It's not worth trying to go back to a Cypriot agent, after almost 3 months they would have trouble remembering your name having safely got our cash in their bank.

No actually, I will give it a look over see what the options are. The main thing is decent banking, as we have contractors to pay worldwide, at a reasonable cost per month, Cyprus IBC is expensive...
