Because I told them my income would be coming from UK. They just want to know you can afford to support them. Though 16K wouldn't last 4 people long. Please can you give me the details of the lady...

Yes I've had nie before so can get that. I've been told as my income is from UK I need 16k in my bank for her and her 2 kids. Because we were refused before for a tourist visa (funds) I'm not looking...

We are not married yet but been together 6 years. I would marry her in the Philippines before applying. Would I need to become a Spanish citizen to apply. Or just nie and register address open bank...

Thank you all for your help they will look into this. Apart from checking this the other issue is, does it matter when they sell if they buy two properties instead of one? Would they be taxed more...

I am well aware of wages in the Philippines I have been there 5 times. I am not looking for employment there. I imagine you’re a 70 plus American with too much time on your hands.

It doesn’t really matter as it’s in the Philippines in general. I stay a couple hours outside Manila. When I say a couple hours I mean a few miles but with traffic and roads there a few hours

They are under threshold as together are only on Pensions. Yes they have it all up to date with solicitor who does it all for them they just don’t earn enough to have to pay
