specialy who applied for priority service?
is it normal to receive that email?

and also when we tried to pay the nhs fee. It shows 0 . Why is that?

because he got only limited leave to remain. That’s why I’m thinking like that..
i googled and searched every where I didn’t find any information

my husband got uk refugee status for 5 years. And it expires on October 2018.he will be applying for ILR in mid September.
Also we are planning to apply...

Yes the initial visa only for one month. You have travel uk within that time period.
Then once you moved to uk you have to collect your brp card from your post office.

Don't worry about it. It's an standard email. Many people who's applications were on hold got this mail in August.
They sent it to let us know the hold has been lifted now.& they have started...

It worked before
But now it's not working for outside uk applications

It means they have made a decision on your application.
And they will contact you to collect your passport
