?? Not from me!!; I dislike bankers generally. Not quite sure how I would benefit from recommending either bank, as even if I were a shareholder, which I am not, it would make diddly squat difference...

The problem with renting if you are now back in the UK is you have to declare your rental income if it is above (from memory) £6000, and any amount if you get child benefits. Now they swap bank...

I use BBVA in Spain, HSBC Channel Islands (expat account). BBVA Internet accounts have minimal charges, and an English language option on their site. BBVA are quick and efficient and I can not speak...

It is a minimum 10%. If you have concerns about being gazumped, you should pay more. We paid 40% and was glad we did as the vendor asked if we would take 10000 Euros to back out, as they had someone...

Maybe think about Ponteareas / Ourense? Ourense is lovely and has direct train connections with Vigo to the West, Leon and onto Madrid to the East

On the one hand, I believe in the right to self-determination. On the other hand, as the Catalans are pro-EU, I do not understand the need for it. Or am I missing something?
