I honestly don't understand the issues here about payment....from Brazil, we apply online first and pay right way all the fees applied, for the visa and for the health surcharge. There is no issue...

weell, after the timeframe they set up in the emails, like 60 working days, after this time, you should start inquiring. Most of the times they will say, still in process , and you can't do anything....

Sorry to say but I dont understand how a decision so important for both applicant and the country should be rushed. Immigration Laws are fluid as the countries needs and dont follow personal demands....
