Yes there is hope, I got a text from VFS Monday was ready to be picked in then, I rung Sheffield on Friday and there was no decision then so must of been Saturday

I rung them once and escalated it then you can keep replying to the email they send you and after the 15 days and you have not heard anything they re-escalated it. VFS are a branch of aholes, they...

Hey I have about 10 different emails from them about my escalation, but have not got the "not straight forward" email yet. I'm on escalation number 2.

If I had known that priority and non-priority was about the same processing time I would have not wasted $1000 to get. The only problem with processing times online are that they are so out of date,...

Yeah that's right, would just be nice to know what's going on. It's the not knowing that is annoying me. I find it unfair that some people that applied after me and non-priority have got theirs...

I'm on my second escalation now, it does nothing. There was no need to put my application on hold as the high court case had no effect on my application as I was applying with children.
