and dont forget to haggle the price down of the property and the estate agents fee. Most brits dont normally do this but all savvy turks do.
Also you will see 100's of estate agents in Altinkum so...

Not forgetting you will get taxed on your goods as you havent owned them for more then 6 months.
You will also need a C3 form (HM customs) for which I have copies.

I dont understand the point in buying containers? I have shipped for hundreds around the world and never once heard of anyone buying a container. whats the point?

I work in shipping and must say 3K for a 20ft (holds 32 cubic meters) isnt a bad price but shop around as I know there is cheaper. has anyone tried bishops or micheal gerson aswell as pickfords....

This is just bringing back my memories of the Turkish quake back in 1999 and how the figures just kept going up and up untill the authorities gave up counting after 18,000. I was lucky to be living...
