we used Moneycorp and they were really good and we got a slightly higher exchange rate - we also transferred a very large amount and then used them again for a few additional transfers..

unfortunately high school teachers do not qualify for the TN visa only college and university. Had hoped to get an academic counselling position in one or other as they sometimes teach one course...
