Definitely and unfortunately there is no way to hold them accountable. I was told to only 'hope' when I called the call centre. Did they send you the 'not straightforward email also'?

I was asked to do same after paying for Priority and waiting for 58 working days. The later sent "case not straightforward email". Now am in limbo, don't know how long I have to wait, so frustrating

After paying Priority and waiting 59 days, I received an email say that my case is not straightforward and an immediate email requesting for a document which was scanned at the Application Centre....

Hello,

Please are you able to request for refund after paying for Priority. It's absurd that you have to wait 60 working days as standard applications after paying so much. Has anyone succeeded...
