Can I ask how you got your SA302. Latest information seems to suggest HMRC no longer send out an SA302 as they have agreed with mortgage lenders that tax calculations online is evident enough.

Sadly she fails on the grandparents part it seems. It would be amazing if she does, I've just noticed this visa is a fraction of the price.
