this is what is confusing me, it says on the gov.uk website you can be cautioned without an arrest.
On the other hand, I have had several clear DBS reports and have worked with vulnerable adults...

Thanks for that, it confirms what ACRO helpline told me yesterday about the wording, they didn't mention about it its what the maxmum offence is tho. if I was arrested, I guess that would be assault...
