It was priority and no dependents. We sent a number of enquiry emails and one complaint but as far as I'm aware it never got escalated because they told me numerous times it couldn't be escalated...

I know many of us have been told our case can only be escalated after 60 working days, I think that your working days will start once they have received your package and all biometrics and online...

We have emailed and they replied saying the standard 'it is awaiting a decision' I think it is the same people as at the call centre.

I agree, and also think hey should show processing times for both priority and non so that people can make a decision if it's worth it. I really could have done with an extra £600 right about now!

I hope so too! I think what annoys me most is not the fact that there are delays but it's the fact there was no warning (and still isn't) the TLSContact site still states a 15 working day turn around...
