No not yet in Canada. Apply for PR now so hopefully will happen in the not to distant future. I also went with the practice exam option of study.

In answer to your base question I actually sat the Red seal exam in BC February 2017. Luckily I managed to pass but just. I found it to be harder than any of the exams I have sat in...
