What are the Sponsorship/NOC rules? I am not aware of any of those.. Would you be able to share a bit more detail.

Actually its a mess everywhere, and Dubai is no exception.

e.g. UK has to deal with Brexit, which could have a huge potential impact. Similarly, EU has to deal with the rise of nationalisation,...

My opinion is that if you put in 300k AED for a property as an upfront payment, you are perhaps paying less than the rental per month, and in the worst case scenario, you can always rent the property...

I reckon buying will be better than renting over a 5 year period. Imagine me paying 150k per annum over 5 years for an accomodation in lieu of rent(costing 575k), versus buying something around 1.5...
