Flowers would be nice with a condolence message such as “ Os meus sinceros pesames” cards are not the norm and I would not recommend a sms message.

Agencies will charge you around 30% of the booking fee to manage the property completely. Cleaning fees are extra.

Under the terms of the AL licence as far as I know guests cannot stay for longer than 30...
