Hi, everything seemed fine up until you said the staff at VFS didn't scan your documents. So did she keep your original documents? Your passport? I fail to see how you could even submit a settle visa...

Hi I would also add on the covering letter each and every document you have submitted. We did this and thankfully they read the letter and realised a document went missing and requested it...

I paid priority and took them just over 3 months..... I guess that's the wait time at the moment with all the high demand and current legislative changes

Strange, when I tried it the other day it didn't work even with all the different reference numbers.... Tried it tonight and worked straight away. I'd keep trying it daily it might just work for you....
