Relates to Manager or Executive.. I think that is the term used for all rejections?

I don't think it went well as CO said they are 'looking more for executives and stayed on the point there's 6 layers above me... which isn't bad for my company and said I'm just telling you what...

Thanks for the response, I was on ESTA visa as still paid in U.K. Just training for 3 months in US. Yes I've worked for company for 3 years. I know they are proposing a 7 year visa....
