Sounds more straight forward than i thought. Thank you for the response. :) doing the D260 do they need the i864s then or is it just the police certs and medical summary/vaccinations?

I definitely haven't earned over the threshold. Would the statement have to say I have been living in the UK and explain the reasons why I haven't earned the amount etc?

Thanks for the response! so If for example it says that you can skip a question if you answered yes/no etc....then you can leave it blank? sorry for the many questions I just don't want it to get...

Thanks for the response. I am just putting N/A, None or drawing a line through it just to be on the safe side because I have been reading different websites where it said USCIS does not like leaving...

I have also put none or n/a to additional relatives or beneficiaries as I have no other people I am bringing over other than my husband. would this be acceptable as well?

Weve been together 10 years and have lived together throughout all of them so have plenty of paperwork if they ask for it. Do they normally require evidence to cover the full length of our marriage?
