Welp, just an update, 90 day mark today, still nothing despite my 76 day telephone chase which resulted in nothing other than a conversation, passing on my details and that's it.

Going to call...

Oh wow, 110 days, that oddly fills me with confidence that it's simply a waiting game and nothing has gone wrong.

I am desperate to get to work, sitting at home watching after the dog every day...

On October 27, 2017, we received your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization , Receipt Number **********, and sent you the receipt notice...

Ah, answered my own question! She has an L visa, I choose L, souse of an L1... which means I'm applying for L2 haha.

My wife is Polish, she has a L1b visa, I'm her spouse, which code should I be putting the application under? K3? Which is Spouse of a U.S. Citizen... She's not a US citizen... So which is best?

Thank you, in my experience with visa's (Asian and Aus), it's best to declare it anyway. I'll check out your posts.

After more research, I've found out I have to apply for a ACRO police certificate which I'll do. Not sure how this impacts on the visa in terms of doing it months in advance. But I'd rather get it...
