On the email it should state clearly that no other documents are needed other than your passport (mine did anyway). In that case, yes, just page two and your passport.

Got mine back yesterday with Visa inside. Total processing time was 24 weeks.
For the record, my status still says refused on the site.

Thanks for pointing that out. It does indeed say that Royal Mail Special delivery can be used at my own expense :) Great to know!

OK, good to know. My instructions state only to use DX. I assume using your own courier is a viable option? Who did you address it to specifically?

A warning to others. You have to submit your passport to DX courier services in person (note the instructions state "2. Travel to a DX office"). This is fine if you live near a large city of choice....

Prepare yourself for a painful call with not much good advice. FYI, there is no actual option for advice at all, I pressed option 3 for appointments and you get through to someone.

My interview was 23 weeks ago and haven't heard a peep since.

When I first applied for an appointment, it was for 6 weeks later, presumably they were really busy at the time (April, holiday season). Someone (Ian I think) advised me to keep refreshing the site...

Hmmm, thanks crg, a slight glimmer of hope there then. Getting a waiver is out of the question now, first available appointment at embassy is 10th June! :(
