Many 190 visas require a certain amount of proof of funds for entry. I'm heading to Darwin and they required $35,000 savings. So I'm going for 189 instead for this reason. From previous forum posts,...

Also, any ideas why there are so few electricians getting invites compared to their ceiling value? Could this mean getting my 189 easier as there is more demand?

Yes, I have my OTSR, got everything I need for my visa just the superior English which i should hopefully achieve soon.

At the downunder centre if you fail a part you have to resit the whole exam I believe and the assessor on the day gives you plenty of push to help you get the right answers, but won't give you them...

Hey guys, passed my skills assessment according to the examiner on site. Still need future skills to look at my papers before i get my cert. Yeah best option is 189 190 or 489 visas as the spouse...
