What would happen if a Canadian citizen marries a Mexican which has been in Canada illegally. Would he become an immigrant? How long would it take him to become one? what is needed to prove...

Hi everyone,

If a canadian citizen starts working in states (TN visa) , can he still sponsour his parents for immigration to canada? shouldnt he be staying in Canada...?

I'm a Mexican who came to Canada two years ago with a tourist visa. My visa was for one month but I decided to stay in Canada.
I did get a social insurance number and was able to work legally...
