That is correct, Passports returned with the letters confirm approval and originals of supporting docs, but no vignette's in any of the passports

That's the problem and the frustration, you cant actually contact the Home Office, to can only speak to Sitel the private company who run the paid for answering service and hope they pass it on.

The email arrived this morning around 7.30am our time, 12.30pm UK time, we tried to get the case escalated after 60 days, but it took until 77 days before they agreed to escalate.

I read on another forum where they sent the email requesting extra evidence of the relationship to an incorrect email address, probably what happened to you.

Sheffield acknowledged receipt of our priority application and documents on April 10th and we are still awaiting a decision. From looking at comments on another board many are in the same situation.
