We've had exactly the same experience. Put house on start of Feb and have had maybe 8 viewings since. Also, our area has (historically) always been in high demand (Reading, Berkshire)....

Visas don't have 8515 condition, only 8502, i.e. I must enter Oz before my defacto partner.
