I trained and worked as an RGN/RSCN in the UK until I emigrated to the USA 20 years ago.
I unfortunately let my UK license lapse with the then UKCC, I have continued to work as an RN in the US where...

I agree, in an email the NMC told me if the referee was not on the NMC register I'd have to do a back to nursing approved course. I've never had a break in my nursing career.
