i moved from london to nyc 2 months ago... a few comparisions...and what i miss about london:

1) nyc is louder & noisier... road rage omg...and what we call the 'new york second'... honking horks...

in the US, generally kids are a year behind when compared to children of the same age in the UK...my son finished his year 4 this july from UK...but this september he will start his grade 4 here in...

my dad was a resident when he applied for me... and became a citizen after... change of visa category would not have helped...coz if u check visa bulletin... F1 is moving slower than F2B...

thanks Noorah101... actually dad called NVC today (to enquire about my documents posted to them 8 weeks ago)... & someone misinformed him to check visa bulletin for the expected visa interview date...
