No it's a terrible visa, but when you have no other option and want to live your american dream I get why people do it, I tried myself.

furnace and a/c last about 15 to 20 years, same for a gas boiler or ac as anywhere else. Asphalt roof about 20-25 years cost an average of 6k Id say, I prefer that compared to replace a slate or...

No, most people who apply on eb3 unskilled are from asia or south america.

Yes we went to our consulate in Paris and were approved for an immigrant visa category eb3 unskilled, then we got our GC few weeks after our entry in the US. It took 19 months.
You have to pay a fee...

An employer has to pay only for the labor certification cost, usually its not for few positions its for 50 or hundreds of positions on several locations. There is a shortage of people willing to work...

Since it was 6 months we've been denied visas, We tried esta again. My wife was on status pending and then approved. I was denied right away.

Which company would be willing to wait 6-10 years (from what I've been reading) and pay thousands of dollars fees, to hire foreign...

I'm considering an application for an immigration program in NB, Canada.
