Unless you intend to be self-employed, the job market in Ireland is very competitive as there are so many job seekers from both EU and non EU countries. Don't even waste your time applying for jobs...

Thanks for the reply. Actually now it makes sense to me. If my workplace is not in Ireland, it would be very difficult for me to prove my residency in ROI.
