A little something we have called the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974, where all of my crimes are considered spent after 5 years

Yeah the violent type crimes are only deemed CIMT if they are 'aggravated' or GBH type stuff ie. doing serious damage to someone, using a weapon, or hurting someone who is particularly vulnerable...

I'm not 100% sure though now because i've heard its only serious theft that counts as CIMT
