Re: New NZ Corrections transferee's

I am one of them :) Settling in well in Auckland!

Love this place! The humidity takes a while to get used to though. My bloody car constantly mists if I don't have the air con on.

Re: 'Fess up . Who has relit their fires this evening.

We have had a fortnight average of 16 degrees recently. This will be our summer until next year. It doesn't go past 19 often in the summer in Glasgow.

Re: 'Fess up . Who has relit their fires this evening.

I arrive in Auckland on Monday at 9.30 am. It says on the forecast it will be dry with temperature of 16. That is like our summer here in Scotland.

Would shorts and a t shirt be appropriate or...

Re: New NZ Corrections transferee's

I asked for an enhanced disclosure but this was rejected as part of the visa process. I had to obtain a full UK certificate. You apply online at this website. https://www.acro.police.uk/

Re: Mental Health

I spoke to my Doctor. He is going to write a letter stating that I am completely fit for work and there has been no incidences of sickness due to my illness. I hope this helps.

Re: Am I without hope?

You could apply for Corrections? You would have to travel there and do the assessment's and interview though.

You could obtain a visa through the essential skills.

Re: Chest X-Ray required???

It says on the New Zealand website that you only need a chest x-ray if you live in a country with a high incidence of TB. So what is accurate and not?
