Very good advice, I'm glad my youngest bought her own house here in 2014, so that will also show she has always meant to return & she has an internship in New York next year so that should also help....

If you mean she has to have been in the USA for longer than the last 5 years - for 5 years PLUS the time she's been away, then she has been because she was at High School...

Do you mean the fact that she was allowed in after 8 months absence only means her GC was still ok but that it isn't any indication that they won't consider it when she applies for...
