Cultural differences - American vs. British employers

The ones I can think of -

US is more pro-employer whereas UK is more pro employee - in comparison and relatively speaking

Competition in the workplace is more intense and fierce in the US...

Like wise and you know what I do in that case, I drove a little further try to find free off street parking spot, there are even apps that help you do that these days ;)
