You make some good points too, I left the UK 18 years ago and have been here in Hungary all that time. I too get disappointed when I go back. My brother is a driver for a car company...

As you say, most of the people last summer didn't want to come to Hungary they were heading for Western Europe, Germany France UK etc....I think that's why many people were surprised at the Hungarian...

You make some valid points Blackwaterman. Its a difficult call this "liberalism" and "illiberalism" . Vandalism of infrastructure is quite rare in Hungary..non-existent where I live and the crime...
