I think a lot of people in the US right now, citizens or not, are having trouble finding jobs. It's just not an employee friendly market in a lot of places.

Re: What do we get after filing i-485

You should receive a NOA for each probably in about 2 weeks. They say I-797C on them. They will give you instructions as to what to do next, including a phone number to arrange an appointment to get...

Re: what to do?

If you can't do DCF, I would recommend the K1. Depending on the service center you have to go through, it will probably be faster than the K3 from what I've heard (of course I have been known to be...

Re: Ok Round 4!!!!!

I think its probably best to break down and go the K3 route cause I think that you may be wasting time trying to find a shortcut rather than applying. Of course, I don't know much about your case and...

Re: Our Fingerprint Experience-Manchester, New Hampshire

I am so sorry to hear about your horrible experience :( I had a similar experience at the DMV, so I know how you feel when you say you were completely shaken and degraded.

The man was so...

Re: Immigration Attorney or Do-It-Yourself?

Re: EAD and SSN

Well, I still don't think you do, but that's not really the issue. I guess a lot of it depends on the competency of the workers, but as long as you are in their computer system, it shouldn't take...

Re: no stamp on passport in green card interview !!
