Re: UK Foods in the US Share your finds!

I miss British chips more than anything but I also find it hard to believe warmed up chips would taste any good.

Re: What do you miss/wish you had bought more with you?

Re: I-130 Application

Thanks for the helpful replies rene.

I think I'll just get the passport sorted just incase. We're not going to leave anything to chance anymore and I've changed a bit since I was 17.

Re: I-130 Application

My wife was my fiancé at the time of us deciding which route we were going to take.

I've held my hands up and admitted I I didn't go through everything with a fine tooth comb, it's quite a...

With the process taking longer it looks as though I'm going to have less than 6 months left on my passport if I get the visa. My passport runs out 16th July 2017. Has anyone had to renew passports in...

Re: I-130 Application

Well we've messed that up then, looks like we should have gone the fiancé visa route. That way I could have been out there and working whilst the visa was going through.

Looks like we're going to...

Re: I-130 photos

Yeah I went down to the post office and got some 2 X 2 photos, I was just unsure of whether many photo booths did that size but they all seem to give the option.

I-130 photos

I have standard UK sized photographs instead of the 2 X 2 stated on the I-130. Has anyone sent in the UK sizes and had problems?

Ok thanks for the reply guys, she'll be changing names so we'll go with our married name. It asks for her maiden name anyway so they have that too.

Which name to use?

Me and my wife are recently married but she still has everything in her maiden name because of it being so soon. On the I-130 form do we fill it in as if it was her maiden name or my name?
