I arrived in the US on a K1 Visa on March 21st, 2003 and got married on May 5th. And I thought we were quick!

I had to wait at little longer than that at my Biometrics appointment because the woman in front of me didn't speak much English, and the guard/receptionist had a hard time explaining what she needed...

That doesn't sound good. I live in Delaware and luckily I've only had to go to the Philly ASC once. The rest of the time I've been able to go to the Dover ASC.

The only notice I got was a little leaflet from the interviewing officer at my AOS interview on 10/5/04 saying I should file my I-751 within 90 days of 10/5/06. So I filed on 7/8/06.
